US Behind Indo-Israeli Secret Nexus

Besides other related-developments about the US-supported Indo-Israeli nexus, first of all, we need to refocus on terror attacks in Munich where on July 22, 2016, the lone gunman Ali David Sonboly killed 10 people after the deadly shooting in Olympia shopping mall and outside a nearby McDonalds.

Having no connections with the Islamic State group (Also known as Daesh, ISIS, ISIL), the shooting in Munich was the result of self-radicalization and self-resentment, conducted by the Ali David Sonboly. After investigation, French Police revealed that he was a mentally troubled person and police also discovered extremist material, linked to the attack by Andres Behring Breivik, the white supremacist who murdered 77 persons in Norway (Oslo) in 2011. The massacre in Munich took place on the fifth anniversary of the Norway attacks and Sonboly had recently changed a profile picture on an online messaging service to one of Breivik.

On July 22, 2011, the twin terror-attacks in Oslo had killed 80 persons. The Norwegian man Anders Behring Breivik, a right-wing fundamentalist Christian, who admitted these attacks was obsessed with what he saw as the Muslim immigration—left behind a detailed online manifesto, calling for a Christian war to defend Europe against the threat of Muslims domination.

In this context, Kevin Barrett disclosed on October 14, 2015 through Veterans Today, “The official story claims that Anders Breivik acted alone…but survivors of the massacre on Utoya Island, which annihilated the anti-Zionist leadership of the youth wing of the Norwegian Labor Party, reported there were multiple gunmen…as in dozens of other false flag terror operations. The purpose was to punish Norway and its Labor Party for two policy breaches: Refusing to join NATO’s war on Libya, and moving toward a full boycott of Israel.”

In his message, Breivik also favoured the Hindu nationalism (Hindutva)—the anti-Muslim movement of the Hindu fanatic parties.

As regards terrorism-related events of India, this could be judged from the incident, when on April 6, 2008 in a house of the fundamentalist outfit Bajrang Dal in Nanded, a bomb went off. The investigation proved that the militants were found in bomb-making. Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) of the Maharashtra arrested a serving Lt. Col. Srikant Purohit along with other army officials, indicating that they were helping in training the Hindu terrorists, providing them with the military-grade explosive RDX, used in terrorist attacks in various Indian cities. ATS further disclosed that Lt. Col. Purohit confessed that in 2007, he was involved in bombing of Samjhota express (Train between Pakistan and India in which a majority of Pakistanis travel), which burnt alive 70 Pakistanis.

In one of his various tapes, LT. Col Purohit said about Indo-Israeli nexus, “We are all on the same plane, Hindu Rashtra (Nation)”. He even claimed, “Gen. J. J. Singh (Singh was Army Chief till Sept. 2007) is with us…one of our own captain had visited Israel”, and demanded “continuous supply of arms, training, an office with a saffron flag in Tel Aviv, political asylum and support for our cause of a Hindu Nation in the UN.”

Regarding Hindu terrorism, the then Indian Home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde pointed out on January 20, 2013 that organized training camps run by the fundamentalist parties; RSS and BJP (Ruling party of India) were promoting Hindu Terrorism. He also explained that these extremist parties were behind the Samjhauta Express, Meccca Masjid and Malegaon blasts.

While, Indian top officials and media had been accusing Pakistan-based banned Lashkar-e-Tayba and country’s intelligence agency ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) of these terrorism-related incidents, including Mumbai terror attacks of November 2016, the Indian parliament assault of December 13, 2001 and militants’ attack at Indian Air Force Base in Pathankot, which occurred on January 2, 2016.

It is of particular attention that on July 19, 2013, the Indian former home ministry’s official and ex investigating officer Satish Verma disclosed that terror attacks in Mumbai in November 26, 2008 and assault on Indian Parliament in January 12, 2001 were carried out by the Indian government to strengthen anti-terrorism laws.

However, Indo-Israeli secret nexus is not confined to the statements of Anders Breivik and LT. Col Purohit, as it has official links. This could be assessed from the interview of the then Israel’s ambassador to India, Mark Sofer, published in the Indian weekly Outlook on February 18, 2008. Regarding India’s defense arrangements with Tel Aviv, Sofer had surprisingly disclosed, “We do have a defense relationship with India, and “with all due respect, the secret part will remain a secret.”

Indo-Israeli nexus remained under wraps till 2003, when Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon visited India to officially expose it. In this regard, Indian ‘The Tribune’ wrote on September 10, 2003, “India and Israel took giant leaps forward in bolstering the existing strategic ties and forging new ones” and Tel Aviv has “agreed to share its expertise with India in various fields as anti-fidayeen operations, surveillance satellites, intelligence sharing and space exploration.” Nevertheless, from anti-missile systems to hi-tech radars, from sky drones to night-vision equipment, Indo-Israeli defense cooperation has known no bounds in recent times.

The matter is not confined to purchasing of military equipments only, Indo-Israeli overt and covert connections are part of a dangerous strategic game in Asia. In this connection, the then Israeli premier, Benjamin Netanyahu had already made it clear in July 1997 saying, “Our ties with India don’t have any limitations—as long as India and Israel are friendly, it is a strategic gain.”

In the first week of February, 2012, Israeli secret agency, Mossad’s Chief Tamir Pardo visited India. Pardo’s detailed talks with the Chief of Indian spy agency, RAW, Sanjeev Tripathi was part of Indo-Israeli secret alliance. The major aim of that meeting was to accelerate joint initiatives through their intelligence agencies so as to manipulate the strategic developments in South and Central Asia including Middle East. The purposes behind the liaison were also to intensify covert activities particularly to destabilize Pakistan, Syria, Iran, and other Middle Eastern countries, and to exploit the US hard-lining approach against China.

Particularly, fast growing economic power of China coupled with her rising strategic relationship with the Third World, and especially Pakistan—after signing of agreement, China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has irked the eyes of Americans, Indians and Israelis Owing to jealousy, America desires to make India a major power to counterbalance China in Asia.

It is notable that for these aims, by availing the phenomenon of lawlessness in Afghanistan, secret agencies like American CIA, Mossad and RAW have well-established their covert network in that country, and as part of the double game, they have been using the terrorists of the Islamic State group (ISIS) and Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) for conducting various terror attacks in Pakistan. These secret agencies are also making efforts to weaken Tibetan regions of China, Pakistan’s province of Balochistan and Sistan-Balochistan of Iran by promoting acrimonious sense of dissent and political volatility, and sectarian violence between Sunnis and Shias, as noted in case of Syria including other Middle Eastern countries. Collectively or individually, these intelligence agencies are also assisting Jundullah (God’s soldiers)—the Sunni militant group which is active in Balochistan against Shias. Besides martyring several personnel of Pakistan’s security agencies in the province, these foreign-backed entities kidnapped and massacred many innocent people, including Chinese and Iranian nationals. In this connection, The World Beast Com has also pointed out foreign conspiracy against Balochistan.

Pakistan has become hub of cross frontier proxies and the role of New Delhi has become naked after Pakistan’s security forces arrested Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav in Balochistan on March 24, 2016. Yadav openly admitted that he was the serving agent of Indian secret agency RAW in Balochistan province, and during his stay, he contacted various Baloch separatist leaders and insurgents, including Dr Allah Nazar Baloch, to execute the task to damage the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project.

Taking cognizance of aggressive policies of the US-led Western countries, in the recent past, China has openly offered Russia a military alliance against NATO. In April 2016, China also decided to join Russian alliance by sending 5,000 of its most elite military forces into the Levant War Zone to help Russia in the fight against ISIS, particularly in Syria.

Meanwhile, keeping silence over the Indian new phase of state terrorism and protests of the Kashmiris, which started since July 8, 2016 against the martyrdom of the young Kashmiri leader Burhan Wani by Indian security forces, during the visit of the US Secretary of State John Kerry to New Delhi, speaking at a joint news conference Kerry and Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj said on August 30, this year that the dialogue in New Delhi comes a day after the two countries, at the Pentagon, signed a watershed agreement to allow their military forces access to each other’s bases—to intensify intelligence sharing on terrorism—the two countries also renewed their commitment to track down and prosecute perpetrators of several terrorist attacks on Indian soil. Swaraj stated that Kerry had had a “meeting of the minds” on cross-border extremism that India and its neighbors face from militants in Pakistan.”

Kerry said, “The U.S. stands with India against terrorism no matter where it comes from.” But, he did say he had spoken recently with Pakistani officials about “the need for Pakistan to deprive any (terrorist) group of sanctuary.”

Although peace and brinksmanship cannot co-exist in the modern era, yet with backing of America, India and Israel seeks to destabilize Asia through their aggressive designs.

As part of the double standards, America brushed aside the Indian poor record regarding the safety of nuclear weapons and materials. And despite, Indian violations of various international agreements and its refusal to sign Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT) and Additional Protocol with the International Atomic Agency (IAEA), during President Barack Obama’s visit to India, on January 25, 2016, the US and India announced a breakthrough on a pact which would allow American companies to supply New Delhi with civilian nuclear technology, as agreed upon in 2008. During Indian Prime Minister Modi’s recent visit to America, President Obama strongly assured him to favour India’s membership in the meeting of the Nuclear Supplier Group (NSG). Earlier, Washington also pressurized IAEA to sign an accord of specific safeguards with New Delhi. America had already contacted the NSG to grant a waiver to India for starting civil nuclear trade on larger scale.

On November 2, 2010, US agreed to sell India the most expensive—the new F-35 fighter jets including US F-16 and F-18 fighters, C-17 and C-130 aircraft, radar systems, Harpoon weapons etc. Besides acquisition of arms and weapons from other western countries, America emerged a potential military supplier to India.

On the other side, following contradictory policy, the US high officials who had praised the safety of Pakistan’s atomic weapons, again expressed concern on February 12, this year over the security of Pakistan’s tactical nuclear weapons, as stated by spokesman of the US State Department. Recently, the US State Department official David Ranz stated that the deal of supplying F-16 aircraft to Pakistan was no longer possible, because the deal expired on May 24, 2016, as the US Congress did not approve it.

In case of Afghanistan, there are several groups of Al-Qaeda, ISIS and Taliban. Some of them are being used by CIA, Mossad and RAW to obtain the collective and individual designs of their countries against Pakistan and the Middle East. India and Israel which want to prolong the stay of the US-led NATO troops in Afghanistan which have become the center of their covert activities, are exploiting their dual policy, especially of America against Pakistan, China and Iran. In order to obtain their collective aims, RAW and Mossad are using terrorists of ISIS and TTP to conduct terror attacks in Afghanistan to create further lawlessness in that country because it suits their clandestine interests.

In the first week of May, 2016, credible online sources disclosed that Engineer Mohammad Khan, the 1st Advisor and a close friend of Afghan Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah has been arrested by Afghan forces/agencies for alleged links with the ISIS. Information strongly suggests that the ISIS has penetrated even in high ranking Afghan government officials as well.

It is noteworthy that those Taliban groups which are fighting against the foreign occupying forces for the liberation of their country know that ISIS is backed by the US-led countries such as Israel and India Hence, a number of times; they have attacked on the ISIS terrorists in Afghanistan.

In the recent years, when the US-led NATO forces felt that they were failing in coping with the stiff resistance of the Taliban in Afghanistan, the high officials and media of their countries started accusing Pakistan’s army and country’s spy agency, ISI of supporting the Afghan Taliban so as to pacify their public for the protracted war in that country, which still continues. India avail the opportunity and also accused Islamabad of cross-border terrorism in Afghanistan.

It is also of particular attention that the armed forces of Pakistan have broken the backbone of the foreign-backed terrorists by the successful military operation Zarb-e-Azb, which has also been extended to other parts of the country, including Balochistan where CIA, RAW and Mossad were assisting the insurgents of ISIL, TTP and separatist elements to conduct subversive acts. And Pakistan’s primary intelligence agency, ISI has broken the network of these terrorist groups by capturing several militants, while thwarting a number of terror attempts.

But, based in Afghanistan, with the tactical support of the US, India and Israel were behind a deadly suicide bomber in Quetta-the provincial capital of Balochistan, which killed at least 74 people on August 8, 2016 in an attack at the government-run Civil Hospital.

Through its Amaq news agency, ISIL claimed responsibility for the explosion at the Civil Hospital by saying, “The Middle East-based movement was behind the atrocity…a martyr from the Islamic State detonated his explosive belt at a gathering of justice ministry, employees and Pakistani policemen in the city of Quetta.”

It is worth-mentioning that Pakistan considers that peace in Afghanistan is a guarantee of peace in Pakistan, therefore, has been striving for the same in utter sincerity. But, the US-led, India and Israel do not want to see the peace and prosperity in the region. Sadly, Pakistan’s dominant role in Afghanistan’s peace process under the Quadrilateral Coordination Group (QCG) has, deliberately, been sabotaged by killing of the Taliban leader Mullah Akhtar Mansur in a CIA-operated drone attack in Nushki, Balochistan on May 21, 2016, which badly derailed Afghan dialogue process, as Afghan Taliban leaders refused to participate in the US-sponsored talks with the Afghan government. While, in the recent past, with the help of Islamabad, a series of meetings were held in Islamabad and Kabul among the representatives of Pakistan, Afghanistan, China and the US to develop an understanding for the earliest possible resumption of stalled talks between the Afghan government and the Taliban with view to ending nearly 15 years of bloodshed in Afghanistan. On the one side, America was asking Pakistan to help in convicting the Afghan Taliban for a solution of the Afghan war through negotiations, but they deliberately killed their leader through drone attack.

It is mentionable that on January 13, 2015, at least seven personnel of the Afghan security forces died during the suicide attack which targeted the Pakistani consulate in Jalalabad. The ISIL claimed responsibility for the terror assault which coincided with efforts to restart the suspended peace process with the Afghan Taliban. Pakistani sources suggested that Indian secret agency RAW was behind this terror attack to thwart these peace talks. Besides, ISIS claimed responsibility for the twin suicide blasts which killed more than 80 persons by targeting the peaceful rally of the Shiite minority of Hazaras on July 23, 2016 in Kabul.

It is due to American double game and double standards in relation to India and Pakistan that trust deficit has deepened between Islamabad and Washington. Therefore, on June 10, 2016, a high-level delegation of the US visited Islamabad and met Pakistan’s Chief of the Army Staff Gen. Raheel Sharif and Adviser to the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz Adviser separately.

During the meeting, expressing his serious concern on the latest drone strike in Balochistan as violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty, Gen. Raheel Sharif highlighted as to how it had impacted the mutual trust and was counterproductive in consolidating the gains of Operation Zarb-e-Azb against terrorists. He elaborated, “All stakeholders need to understand Pakistan’s challenges-inter-tribal linkages and decades-old presence of over three million Afghan refugees—blaming Pakistan for instability in Afghanistan is unfortunate—target TTP and its chief Mullah Fazlullah in their bases in Afghanistan—Indian RAW and NDS [Afghan National Directorate of Security] are fomenting terrorism in Pakistan.”

US ambivalent policy about Islamabad could also be judged from some other development. In this respect, another delegation of US Senators including Senator Lindsey Graham led by Senator John McCain, Chairman of US Senate Arms Services committee visited Islamabad and North Waziristan Agency (NWA) on July 3, 2016. The US Senators visited areas cleared of terrorists during Operation Zarb-e-Azb. American delegation appreciated the Pakistan Army’s accomplishment of cleansing the entire area of NWA right up to the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, after witnessing the terrorists’ hideouts and communication infrastructure dismantled by the Pakistan Army.

Outwardly, American top officials have been admiring the capabilities of Pakistan’s security agencies against terrorism, but inwardly, they are not pleased regarding the successes, achieved by the armed forces of Pakistan against the militants, because the US is acting upon a dual strategy in relation to Islamabad.

Notably, since the leader of the ruling party BJP Narendra Modi became Prime Minister of India, various developments like unprecedented rise of Hindu extremism, persecution of minorities, perennial atrocities on the innocent Kashmiris in the Indian-occupied Kashmir, creation of warlike situation with Pakistan, extremist statements of Modi against Pakistan etc. clearly show that encouraged by the fundamentalist rulers, Hindu extremist parties such as BJP, RSS VHP, Bajrang Dal and Shiv Sena have been promoting religious and ethnic chauvinism in India. Especially, assaults on Christians and Muslims including their places of warships and property have been intensified by the fanatic Hindu mobs.

Under Modi rule, as part of anti-Muslim and anti-Pakistan approach, New Delhi accelerated unprovoked firing at the Line of Control in Kashmir and Working Boundary across Pak-Indian border. While, in the recent months, extremists Hindus and other fundamentalist groups intensified assaults on the Muslims and Pakistani artists, famous literary persons—members of the cricket boards etc.

Taking note of maltreatment of minorities by the fanatic Hindus, in the recent past, more than 200 Indian writers, authors, scientists, artists, filmmakers, film-stars etc. decided to return their national awards in protest to rising Hindu extremism, while more than 100 persons have returned their rewards. Former Indian military personnel have also started returning their medals, criticizing the policies of the BJP government.

Surprisingly, by ignoring the solution of the Kashmir dispute between Pakistan and India, silence of the US and some Western countries regarding these developments have emboldened the Indian prime minister and Hindu extremist outfits to continue their activities. This contradiction displays American hypocrisy, as now Modi has become darling of the US and even of other Western countries which have totally ignored Modi’s encouragement to Hindu terrorism.

Nevertheless, Tel Aviv and New Delhi have been acting upon a secret diplomacy in targeting the whole Islamic World in general and Pakistan, China, Iran, Libya and Syria in particular. In this respect, by manipulating President Obama’s conflicting strategy, both India and Israel have also been propagating that a ‘nuclearized’ Pakistan, having close ties with China is sponsoring cross-border terrorism in Afghanistan and Kashmir. And Iran and Syria are doing the same acts in Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Israel. Particularly, New Delhi considers Pakistan as its enemy number one. America and Israel are also against Pakistan, as it is the only nuclear country in the Islamic World.

Both Tel Aviv and New Delhi who had jumped on the bandwagon of American fake global war on terror have been equating the ‘wars of liberation’ in Palestine and Kashmir with terrorism and under the cover, accelerated state terrorism on these controlled territories. Their main purpose is to divert the attention of the West from their own brutal tactics, while employing delaying tactics in the solution of Kashmir dispute and the Israeli-Palestinian issue.

In fact, Jewish-Hindu lobbies are collectively working in America and are well-penetrated in the US Administration and governments of the Western countries, especially Europe. These lobbies are exploiting the war against terrorism and presumed threats of Iran, China and Pakistan so as to protect the Indo-Israeli covert designs. With the help of some American law-makers and media, these entities have introduced dangerous socio-religious dimension in the world by equating the “war on terror” with “war on Islam” and acts of Al-Qaeda and ISIS with all the Muslims. With the support of these lobbies and in connivance with the US neoconservatives, India and Israel have been exaggerating the threat of Islamophobia.

In this context, on October 19, 2007, the special issue of South Asia Multidisciplinary Academic Journal, under the caption-‘Working for India or against Islam? Islamophobia in Indian American Lobbies’ wrote, “In the past few years, Indian American community has gained an unprecedented visibility in the international arena and now constitutes influential ethnic lobbies in Washington. Among other factors, Hindu aligned with Jewish pressure groups in relation to the war against terrorism and to further the India-Israel-US strategic partnership play a major role in exaggerating Islamophobic overtones in the Indian American lobbies.”

Preplanned scheme of the CIA, Mossad and RAW is also inspiring the Christians and Muslims against each other. In this regard, in connivance with CIA, Mossad and RAW, the Sunni-based militant groups, Al-Qaeda, ISIS and their affiliated outfits conducted various forms of terror attacks in Syria, Turkey, Iraq, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia etc. and some African countries like Yemen. Besides Muslims, they also massacred a number of Christians.

Frustrated owing to successes achieved by Russia in Syria and Iraq, the US-led India and Israel who wanted to avoid the settlement of the Kashmir issue and that of the Israeli-Palestinian disputed—terror attacks in Paris, Brussels, Orlando, San Bernardino, Nice and Munich which killed several innocent persons were false flag operations and were part of the secret strategy of CIA, Mossad and RAW which are in collaboration with each other to obtain the clandestine designs of their countries, particularly Zionist-Jewish unfinished agenda, while, similarity of interests has brought Tel Aviv and New Delhi to follow a common secret strategy. RAW, Mossad and some American CIA agents are also in collusion at the cost of the global and regional interests of the US and Europe. Owing to these false flag terror assaults, these intelligence agencies also wanted to divert the attention of American and Western peoples from internal problems like financial crisis etc. which are because of the prolonged war in Afghanistan and phony global war on terror.

Nonetheless, if the Kashmir issue, Israeli-Palestinian dispute and Syrian crisis remain unsettled, these will remain nuclear flashpoints. In case, the US keeps backing Indo-Israeli secret nexus, it may culminate into World War III, also called “Clash of Civilizations” in Hutington’s sense.

Endless Crimes against Women in India

Since the fundamentalist government of the BJP led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to power, various extremist policies have continued unabated by the Indian rulers. In this respect, rising number of crime against women, especially rapes are attributable to religious fanaticism and lack of law enforcement.

In its report, published on August 30, this year, Indian’s National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) reported the highest number of crimes against women in 2015. It said, “As many as 2,016 cases of gang-rape were reported in 2015 from all the states and Union Territories. A total of 34,651 rape cases (Section 376 of IPC) were reported in 2015…a total of 2,199 rape cases were reported from Delhi last year…and over 130,000 cases of sexual assault in 2015…crimes against women reported every two minutes in India.”

The NCRB data disclosed, “The rape victims included women across all age groups, from under six years of age to over 60.”

In this respect, some major rape cases are mentionable. On April 14, 2015, an officer of Indian Administrative Service, SN Roy in Haryana has been sent on leave after being accused of sexually abusing a woman who complained to the police. On March 28, a woman from Bengaluru filed a complaint with Delhi police against an immigration officer who sexually harassed her at Indira Gandhi International Airport. On March 21, a court in Delhi granted bail to environmentalist R.K. Pachauri who was facing a case of sexual attack on a woman research- analyst. On March 18, the naked body of a 75-year-old woman was found at an ashram in West Bengal’s Burdwan district.

The issue of rape cases against women gained global attention with the 2012 Delhi gang rape case. The cases have been growing ever since.

Besides, in a number of rape cases, targeting foreign women have come to the surface in India in 2013. In March 2013, a 38 year old Swiss woman was gang-raped in a forest near Datia town by six Indians. In January 2013 a South Korean student was drugged and raped by the son of owner of the hotel where she was staying.

Regrettably, a British holidaymaker in the northern city of Agra suffered a leg injury when she jumped out of the hotel window to save her honor, as two men entered her hotel room with the intent to molest her. In February 2013, a Chinese woman working in Gurgaon, was raped by an Indian acquaintance. In May 31, 2013, a young Irish woman was raped by a man in a house in Kalighat area.

In a notorious case, five years ago, 15-year old British schoolgirl Scarlett Keeling was raped and left to die on a beach in the tourist resort of Goa. In another shameful case, in June 3, 2013, a US national was gang-raped by three men in a truck in Manali.

However, taking cognizance of sexual assaults on ladies, British and Swiss governments including those of other countries have already issued instructions to women tourists to refrain from going to India due to growing risks of insecurity by the Indian officials.

In this context, The New York wrote in June 10, 2013, “Visits to India by female tourists dropped 35 percent in the first three months of this year compared with the same period last year. That three-month period came after the fatal gang rape of a 23-year-old student in New Delhi in December…every day women face the harassment and intimidation in India.”

It elaborated, “As many sexual attacks go unreported and that the actual number is far higher…sexual offense law in March that imposes stronger penalties for violence against women. But attacks on women have continued with an alarming regularity. While Indian women are most often the targets, foreign tourists have been victims as well.”

Sumit Galhotra, a journalist who specializes in human rights in South Asia, opined that he has noticed, “While some rape cases in India have received widespread coverage in the local media, but others have not, particularly rape cases in rural India, which are routinely ignored in the press…despite the pervasiveness of India’s rape problem, only a few cases get international headlines.”

In fact, the fast-track court system in India is still not fast enough. In this connection, the Indian judicial system moves at a glacial pace, because the prosecution’s primary focus has, instead, been on barring foreign journalists from proceedings.

Notably, on March 29, 2015, Indian newspaper, “The Hindu” reported that a Pune policeman has been booked for molesting a minor Pakistani national at her residence. Anand Gidde, attached to the Pakistan desk of the Foreigners Registration Office, visited the 13-year-old’s house on March 24 ostensibly for verifying her documents. Nevertheless, rape of a Pakistani Hindu minor girl is driven by general acrimony of Indians against Pakistan. Despite repeated demand of Pakistani High Commission in India, no action had been taken against the culprit Anand Gidde who had also managed a bail before arrest.

It is of particular attention that on February 27-28, 2002, several helpless Muslims women were being raped and murdered across Gujarat, with the approval of the then Chief Minister Narendra Modi, under a preplanned programme of the communal rights. In this regard, Abdul Majid, survival of the Gujarat massacre revealed that his son suffered terrible burns. They poured petrol on the mosques and they came towards our house, screaming slogans. Young girls were raped. And they screamed “victory to the Hindu God. None of you Muslim will get away.” He claimed that his eyes have seen his children and wife dying, he saw his daughters raped by four men.

Undoubtedly, it is due to the callous attitude of Indian government and political leaders who behave insensitively to these ugly crimes. Hence, foreign governments and media must take serious notice of growing evil of rape against women in India, denouncing it forcefully and uncovering negligence of Indian police and law-enforcing agencies. Otherwise, endless crimes like sexual assaults on women in India will continue.

Ex-RAW Chief’s Pragmatic Approach on Kashmir

In wake of continued siege and prolonged curfew, Indian security forces have martyred more than 100 innocent persons who have been protesting since July 8, 2016 against the martyrdom of the young Kashmir leader Burhan Wani by the Indian security forces in the Indian-occupied Kashmir.

Without caring for severe criticism all over the world, during his address on the Independence Day of India on August 15, 2016, Indian extremist Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is also leader of the ruling fundamentalist party BJP went aggressively further in a diatribe against Pakistan by claiming that people of Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Jammu and Kashmir are thankful to home for raising voice for their suppressed rights.

On the other side, against his false anti-Pakistan statement, huge rallies and demonstrations were held in Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, including some other cities of Pakistan. Opposing Indian intervention in Balochistan and other parts of Pakistan, the speakers on this occasion strongly condemned Prime Minister Modi’s aggressive designs against Pakistan and Kashmiris. They urged international community, civilized world and human rights organizations to take serious notice of the Indian state terrorism—genocide of Kashmiris in the Indian-held Kashmir and interference in Pakistan’s province of Balochistan.

In this context, Pakistan Prime Minister’s Adviser on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz said that the situation in Balochistan cannot be equated with Kashmir and Indian Prime Minister was only trying to divert world attention from the “grim tragedy” unfolding in Kashmir over the past five weeks.

One can clearly not that Indian-controlled Kashmir (IOK) is burning since July 8, 2016. The lava of resentment from the bursting volcano of IOK is now spreading from the urban centers to rural areas. Indian rulers have been trying to brush aside the issue by keeping it under the carpet, accusing that Pakistan is fuelling the flames.

At this critical juncture, the interview of A. S. Dulat, former chief of India’s spy agency RAW published in the magazine, ‘The Wire’ of August 27, 2016 sheds some light on finding a settlement of the Kashmir dispute. A.S. Dulat is relevant to the issue and helps in understanding the crisis in Kashmir and seeking possible solutions. Dulat who also was director of the Intelligence Bureau, has served in Kashmir for a long time. His most important tenure was between 2001 and 2004, when he was the advisor on Jammu and Kashmir in Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s office. In 2015, his book Kashmir, The Vajpayee Years, co-authored with senior journalist Aditya Sinha, created uproar since he became one of the few members of the Indian security and intelligence community to advocate a reduced military presence in Kashmir and to argue the need for India to build confidence amongst Kashmiris through humanitarian measures.

Dulat, while emphasizing that Pakistan’s role is not the only catalyst for the crisis, talks about the need for the Indian government to start talking to separatist leaders in the Hurriyat Conference, Pakistan, and other important political players. He indicates as to how Vajpayee’s and Narendra Modi’s strategies on Kashmir are poles apart and elaborates on why Kashmiris warmed to Vajpayee. He stresses that India should engage in principled dialogue with people in the Valley, instead of taking a naïve and aggressive line. His condemnation of the Modi government for not talking to Hurriyat and for its high handedness in IOK is spot on. He rightly concludes that the Kashmiri uprising is 100% indigenous and Pakistan was taking advantage of the situation in IOK.

However, realistic analysis of A.S. Dulat shows his pragmatic approach regarding the Indian-occupied Kashmir, as he points out that the problem has been there for a while. Under the surface, there has been a lot of anger, hatred and alienation. Never before has it seemed so much in the open. In this context, He said, “Now, you have slogans put up: ‘Indian Dogs Go Back!’ It’s bad and the common Kashmiri is suffering.” He attributes all this, unfortunately, to the BJP-PDP alliance in the Indian-controlled Kashmir. In the 2014 elections, the result was such that this was the only alliance which could work. It was a natural alliance and [PDP leader] Mufti Mohammed Sayeed, therefore, opted for it although he stated that it was an alliance between the North Pole and the South Pole. Everyone hoped that it would bring Jammu and Kashmir together.

In fact, it has torn Jammu and Kashmir apart, because the Kashmiris have been very apprehensive that the BJP and the RSS are gradually penetrating into the Valley. They are very sensitive to that because with that comes fears of the repeal of Article 370, that there may be a change in the demographic pattern of Kashmir and so on. So as long as Mufti Sayeed was there, he muddled through. He was an unhappy man because Delhi did not understand what was happening. So he died an unhappy man.

As war of liberation in the Indian-held Kashmir has accelerated, Indian Prime Minster Modi has no option, but resuming the dialogue process with Pakistan, starting where Vajpayee and Manmohan Singh left it. Modi’s diversionary tactics, drawing the attention off IOK and talking about Balochistan would not help as the problem lies in Kashmir and New Delhi will have to talk to Islamabad.

In this regard, another news item reported in various news papers is the speech given by Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati in Azam Garh, Utter Pradesh. In her speech she has said that BJP may start a war with Pakistan and engineer Hindu-Muslim riots prior to the upcoming polls in utter Pradesh. She has predicted that BJP will use these tactics to divert attention from its failing government policies. Mayawati’s predictions merit attention because BJP is an irrational party, which comprises extremists, who can go to any extent to achieve their gains. Modi, who ignited Gujarat and is responsible for the slaughter of 2000 innocent Muslims in 2002, only because he was seeking re-elections in the province, can well take India to war so that the elections in UP may be won.

Nevertheless, Indian rulers must take cognizance of the interview of the ex-chief of RAW A. S. Dulat in order to seek a peaceful solution of the Kashmir dispute, as he has shown a pragmatic approach on Kashmir.

Beware of Donating Hides of Sacrificial Animals

As the holy festival of Eid-ul-Azha is approaching, general public must ensure that their aims and charity do not aid those people who are involved in murderous rampage in the country. Those mosques, Madaris (religious seminaries) and charity organizations should not be given hides and skins of sacrificial animals which have any association with the militant groups like Al-Qaeda, DAISH and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan or any other affiliated organizations. Different organizations are linked with these banned groups and other extremist organizations which are operating under the guise of welfare organizations, especially during Eid days.

It is notable that the major terror and sectarian outfits such as Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Sipah-e-Muhammad Pakistan, Jaish-e-Muhammad, Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan etc. are clandestinely, operating, but still there is no appropriate move from the government to prevent them from collection of hides of animals. Some groups along with foreign funded organizations are collecting hides without any official permit or NOC from Interior Ministry. 

However, illegal collection of hides is a common observation, as some organizations, including mobile phone corporations, get on an aggressive campaign of collecting hides from door to door in every neighborhood.

Besides, hide collection is a money-spinning business worth billions of rupees through export, the activists of political and religious parties including banned militant organizations vigilantly do whatever it takes to ensure they fetch the maximum number of hides to earn profit.  Notably,  in metropolitan cities like Karachi, Lahore and Peshawar; various banned outfits changed their names and set up charities to continue collection of hides under various banners and posters,  appealing for hide donations from public.

To what extent this practice distorts Pakistan’s image abroad could be judged from the report of the Guardian which under the caption, “Eid animal slaughter funds Pakistan terror groups,” wrote on September 15, 2016, “Huge numbers of goats, cows and even camels will be slaughtered in Pakistani homes to mark the Islamic holy day of Eid al-Adha…the sacrificial offering of around 6m animals will allow families to fulfil a religious duty, guarantee some much appreciated meat handouts to the poor… it will also generate an extraordinary cash windfall for some of Pakistan’s most dangerous militant groups. Thinly disguised front organisations have been gearing up to compete against each other and legitimate charities to collect as many animal skins as possible, which can then be sold on for cash…there are fears that very little will be done to stop illegal groups from collecting hides either, particularly as many of them operate under false names…in recent weeks newspapers have carried government advert warning people not to give hides to illegal groups. However, a thorough crackdown is unlikely…Muhammad Rizwan, the senior superintendent of police in Islamabad, said the issue was not as critical to public safety as preventing suicide bombers from getting into mosques or other large gatherings that will occur across the country in the coming days…while most people will give their hides to local mosques or respectable charities, some deliberately give to militants.”

It is mentionable that The National Action Plan (NAP) is essential part of Pakistan’s war against terrorism, as it has co-relationship with the military operation Zarb-i-Azb against the militants, including other related-issues of Madaris. One of the important points of the NAP is stop funding of the militant groups, while introducing registration and reforms of Madaris.

Public must be aware of the fact that Pakistan Army has given countless sacrifices in the fight against terrorism. In this respect, majority of terror attacks have been foiled/averted and it is only the odd incidents which manage to succeed. In this context, a summary of terrorism incidents averted during April-June 2016 shows—Islamabad & Azad Jamnu Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan-8, Punjab-3, KPK & FATA-75, Sindh-3 and Balochistan-58 (Total 147).

Being responsible citizens, we should be alert and refrain from unknown hide-collectors who could collect hides of the sacrificial animals, under the guise of the banned groups. People must know that, this will make them equally responsible of terrorists’ sins and crimes.

Particularly, there should be a strict watch from government side on all charitable organizations. Action must be taken against illegal hide-collectors and their financial channels must be traced to avoid or deter the terrorist groups from executing their activities which we have witness in the country.

Disrupting terrorists’ financing network is essential to combat terrorism as without effective check on terrorist financing—fight against terrorism may not produce desired results. Though the government has taken a number of steps to curb flow of terrorists’ funds, yet it requires extensive media campaign to create awareness in general public regarding terrorists fund-raising system. The real faces of terrorists must also be unveiled to deny their monetary support.

People must be informed, especially through the electronic media that charitable hides are actually aimed at helping poor masses, beggars, needy orphans and widows. The money, generated by them is also spent on mosques, Madaris and preaching of Islam. Militant organizations collect hides of sacrificial animals on Eid-ul-Azha under various pretexts including Madaris, Jihad and welfare of aggrieved and deprived Muslims, but the money generated by them is spent on suicide bombings and other terrorist activities. While, many Ulema (Religious scholars) have issued Fatwas (Religious verdicts) that it is not permissible to give hides of sacrificial animals to these anti-Islam and anti-Pakistan organizations. Again such Fatwas must be issued.

The government must instruct the law-enforcing agencies to remove the banners and posters, asking animal hide donations which will, directly or indirectly, benefit militant outfits Otherwise, such charity organizations will remain a serious concern, because many of them are responsible for spreading militancy by means of enormous financial support they receive from public as charity.

Now, this ‘different war’ demands cooperation of the people with the security agencies, which is essential to win this war against terrorism. Hence, public must be bewared, while donating hides of sacrificial animals to the deserving people and institutes, as the militant groups can again avail the opportunity.

Time to Fetter Hindu Hypocrisy

Since Modi’s sworn as Prime Minister of India, hindu hypocrisy is at peak as his foreign policy and diplomatic initiatives have taken dramatic strides in order to strengthen relations with emerging states in the world. Though he is failing bitterly at internal front due to rising communal riots and hindu extremism. But on the external front, he has not only focused upon immediate neighbours but sought close economic, military and technological cooperation with various regional and extra regional states with special focus on limiting Pakistan’s regional relevance. In few years, India’s political clout at regional and international level has improved tremendously thus marring Pakistan’s political standing on various regional issues. Especially with respect to Iran and Afghanistan, Indian relations have improved and Pakistan’s ties with these two important immediate neighbours are following a downward trajectory.

After Iran-US nuclear deal and lifting of US imposed sanctions on Iran, Indian PM rushed to seize the opportunity by signing Chabahar port pact with Iran.  In May 2016, India pledged billions to develop Iran’s southeastern Chabahar port and help establish a free trade zone stretching toward the Iran-Afghan border during the coming years. India plans to lease two docks at Chabahar for a decade that would give it access to Afghanistan and Central Asian energy markets – bypassing Pakistan. Moreover, in collaboration with Tehran and Moscow, India is looking to create a vast network of enhanced connectivity with the land-locked Central Asia and eventually Europe, through the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC). By developing Chabahar, India intends to counter deep sea port Gawadar giving shortest possible sea-route to generate extra-regional economic activity. Instead of betting on US backed India, Iran needs to enhance cooperation with immediate neighbour Pakistan by building the long awaited Iran-Pakistan gas.

Similarly, shrewd Indian government is investing heavily in successive Afghan government to undermine Pakistan’s influence in the country. It is providing arms and financial assistance to Northern Alliance resulting in more internal tensions between various warlords within Afghanistan. US is also granting front role to India by replacing Pakistan in Afghanistan. India and its intelligence agencies in collaboration with NDS are carrying out terrorist activities inside Pakistan using Afghan soil. Same is being done from Iranian territory. Arrest of Kulbushan Yadev is a case in point.

Due to hostile Indian propaganda against Pakistan, relations have also seen all time low in the recent past with few states of South Asia as well. In last SAARC Finance Ministers’ conference held in Islamabad on 25 August 2016, Finance Ministers’ of Nepal and Bangladesh also boycotted the conference alongwith India. Their absence from SARRC conference being held in Pakistan suggests that they are under strong influence of Indian policies in the region.

At international level, Pakistan – US relations are again on downward trajectory due to Indo-US defense cooperation and negation of defense cooperation and limitation of counter terror cooperation. Thus, Pakistan is going slow or infact backward in terms of its foreign relations. One major factor for this degradation is absence of full time foreign minister to look after Pakistan’s relations with regional and international states. Another important aspect is lack of a coherent foreign policy. At present, Pakistan is entangled at internal front due RAW’s nefarious support to Baloch and TTP militants. It is simply following the trends set by regional and international players.

A famous saying by Chinese philosopher Sun Tzu goes like “Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.” Pakistan’s tactics in the realm of foreign affairs are without any strategy. In order to keep its regional relevance, Pakistan needs to take following important steps. First, improving ties with Iran and Afghanistan is the need of the hour. Growing Indian influence will not limit Pakistan’s relevance but it will result in various security related issues thus threatening the national security. There have been several cases in the past where Indian RAW has used Iranian and Afghan soil to create unrest inside Pakistan. By doing so, India is getting double edged benefit: spoiling bilateral ties of Pakistan with Iran and Afghanistan and creating desired unrest inside Pakistan by supporting militants, terrorists and separatists. Second, improving ties and enhancing cooperation in realms of economy and trade with South Asian states especially Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka will help Pakistan improve regional connections and keep its relevance. Third, for Bangladesh there is a need to launch active diplomatic efforts to undo the propaganda launched by India. Pakistan and Bangladesh have so many commons including religion, culture and history to build a strong bilateral relationship. Misperceptions created by Indian propaganda can easily be wiped out through active diplomacy and enhancing people to people contact. Fourth, Pakistan’s relations with US has always followed up-down trajectory. Again in US, Indian lobby is strong enough to disseminate anti-Pakistan perceptions. Having a relationship based on mutual cooperation for decades, there is a need to widen convergences and bridge the divergences in bilateral relations.

Above all, in order to counter shrewd moves by Indian hypocrite lobby, Pakistan needs to formulate a comprehensive foreign policy and appoint a visionary career diplomat as foreign minister to put the foreign relation in order. In order to keep regional relevance Pakistan needs to bring swift changes in diplomatic sphere.

State Terrorists are Still Rational Actors

The broadly-accepted distinction between governmental and anti-governmental terrorism has been blurred in the ongoing different war which continues between the US-led state actors and the non-state actors, popularly called the Islamic militants or terrorists. We need a realistic approach to determine the question of rational and irrational actors in international politics, as the state terrorists still consider themselves as rational actors.

When the US and other pro-American coalition troops including Israeli and Indian forces kill the innocent Afghans, Palestinians, Syrians and Kashmiris through aerial bombardment, ground shelling and special operations, Europeans and Americans do not consider the same as terrorism, because they are rational actors, but, when Muslim freedom fighters seek revenge through ambush attacks and suicide operations, term of terrorism is being used against them, because these acts are committed by irrational actors.

Washington and Western media like Israel conveniently defines terrorism as actions by the parties which operate against their own interests and ignore any other kind. On the other hand, Muslims equate the use of force by America and its partners in the occupied territories with state terrorism.  

War between two sovereign states is a reciprocal activity between like (though not necessarily equal) forces. War especially between the militants and state terrorists is a one way relationship between unlike. As in most of the cases, both the US-led military troops and the Muslim militants led by Al-Qaeda and the Islamic State group (Also known as Daesh, ISIS, ISIL) also kill the innocent people, apart from the concerned combatants; war or different war might most clearly be defined as the use of violence by the armed against the unarmed. Only because the targets are unprepared by organizational training to cope with the shock of violence, are they put into terror or fear. Conventional military action through military forces against the innocent civilians as found by the Americans, Israelis and Indians in case of Iraq (During occupation), Afghanistan (By NATO), Syria and in the ‘controlled territories’ of the Palestine and Kashmir respectively may well terrify the general mass, is also terrorism hence, part of this new style conflict.

Quincy Wright, while observing in relation to strategy and diplomacy, takes war as “the use of regulated violence for political ends.” It is an approach comfortably shared by such realist thinkers as Hobbes, Bacon, Machiavelli, Clausewitz and Morgenthau.

We must keep in mind that terrorism in all its manifestations either practiced by a group or the state is a form of war based upon its manipulation of force to meet political objectives.

A distinction is usually drawn between the physical (war) and the psychological (terrorism) in case of the past wars of the sovereign states. But, it is a terminological confusion, if we only justify the war between two rival states and do not call the induction of fear by military action in suppressing freedom movements as terrorism. It is not doubtful that fear-inducement, created by terrorist groups like ISIS and the state terrorists are a means sufficient in itself to achieve the goals and especially in the present different war.

Even the state actors like the US-led entities are using physical force to create a sense of fear and awe—the instruments of state terrorism. Like the militants, they are employing abnormal force. Civilians continuously live in the shadow of fear, terror and death.

There is no denying the fact that since 9/11, the US-led global war on terror has been functioning in much the same way as terrorism. The methods of force employment overtly and covertly by the American troopers and CIA, and covertly by the Muslim fighters are the same, though difference exists only in the tactics.

In the aftermath of the 9/11 tragedy, various experts and researchers opined that modern terrorism has many meanings like violent acts, economic terrorism etc., but its main aim is to achieve political, economic and social ends.

Clausewitz concedes that commerce and diplomacy are much like war. In these terms, terrorism includes both bloody and bloodless wars, which is also being employed by the US-led state actors through open and clandestine tactics.

In this new style war of history, there is no difference between the violent acts committed by the non-sovereign entities and the sovereign entities, as line between official and non-official terrorism has been obscured.

It is notable that after the disintegration of the Soviet Union in 1991, the US emerged as the sole superpower in the unipolar world. In consultation with his Zionist-advisers, American former President Bush, (The Senior) replaced the old bipolar order with the New World Order (NWO), with the US acting as a kind of global policeman to protect the political and economic interests of Israel and the American Jews who are owners of many big cartels—multinational corporations, arms industries, oil companies, banks etc., including print and electronic media of the US in particular and the world in general. Thus, by dominating American internal policies, Zionist Jews mould country’s foreign policy for their own interests. By changing America into corporate industry, they have converted the world into corporate industry.

In the unipolar world, even the United Nations system underwent a tremendous change. It became an instrument of the US policy to establish American hegemony in the world. The Third World—Muslim countries were compelled to realign their domestic policies according to Washington’s dictates. As part of the bloodless wars, in order to obtain the hidden agenda of Jews, the US imposed its sudden terms of globalization such as free markets, privatization and de-nationalization etc. on the ill-prepared developing countries and the Muslim countries, which left behind shattered nations and a global financial crisis and increased poverty in most of these countries, which resulted into deaths of many persons due to diseases and lack of medical treatment. It further widened the gap between the poor and the rich countries or G-7 countries. The corporations and international financial institutions like IMF and World Bank which are indirectly controlled by Jews have continued to drive the project of globalization through the sole superpower.

Besides, America’s child-killing sanctions against Iraq and Iran; late action to curb ethnic cleansing in Kosovo, support to Israel’s aggressive occupation of the West Bank and Gaza, with vetoing any effective action by the UN to curb the Israeli state terrorism  greatly annoyed the Muslims all over the world.

When President George W. Bush became the US president, he and the neo-conservatives crossed all the limits in securing the political, economic and religious interests of the Jews and Israel at the cost of Muslims and patriot Americans. Both President Bush and President Barack Obama justified the unjustified war on terror. The US-led countries deliberately targeted several Muslim countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt, Libya, and Syria, including Somalia, Yemen etc. where they were indirectly involved. They converted these countries and some other vulnerable Islamic countries into failed states to fulfill the dream of a greater Israel. Now, these small countries are considered safe-havens of terrorists and are considered irrational non-state actors.

The prevalent unequal global system which was evolved by America and its Western major powers after the World War II, tends to give a greater political and economic leverage to the most developed nations who could safeguard their interests at the cost of the weak countries. Whenever, any controversy arises, the UN Security Council enforces the doctrine of collective security against the small states, while the five big powers, especially the Israeli-led US protect their interests by using veto. This shows discrimination between the powerful and the weaker.

It is mentionable that in 2001, UN had permitted the United States to attack Afghanistan under the cover of right of self-defence. In 2003, UN became helpless regarding Anglo-American illegitimate invasion of Iraq. In case of the Indian occupied Kashmir, the issue still remains unresolved as UN resolutions regarding the plebiscite were never implemented, because Washington supports the illegitimate stand of India due to its anti-China interests. Similarly, US-led NATO countries attacked on Libya by setting aside the international law.

Machiavelli in the ‘Prince’ offers the classic explanation of the power-game. His prince is a rational leader with lion-like image outwardly, but uses the fox-like tactics. He follows an imperialist policy.

In these terms, American military might had prevailed for ousting the President Saddam Hussein and occupying Iraq. The motives of the US President Bush might be dubious, but the same were justified by the false propaganda that Iraq had Weapons of Mass Destructions. Whether Saddam   Hussein was guilty is now irrelevant question. Saddam had to go because a powerful country and a rational actor like America had decided to remove him for the Israeli interests.

It is of particular attention that on September 25, 2016, at the UN General Assembly, while indicating the unjust global order, Pope Francis condemned the global financial institutions, calling on them to ensure that countries “are not subjected to oppressive lending systems which, far from promoting progress, subject people to mechanisms which generate greater poverty, exclusion and dependence.”

Earlier, addressing the US Congress, Pope Francis said, “No religion is immune from forms of individual delusion or ideological extremism…we must be especially attentive to every type of fundamentalism. A delicate balance is required to combat violence perpetual in the name of a religion, an ideology or an economic system…every life is sacred.”

Taking note of America’s non-acceptance of the Syrian refugees, Francis reminded the law-makers by remarking that the United States “is part of a larger whole on America in the Americas, where immigration is a deeply rooted part of history…we, the people of this continent, are not fearful of foreigners, because most of us were once foreigners.”

Pope Francis also warned of globalization, and said, “Keep in mind all those people around us are trapped in a cycle of poverty.” He emphasized upon the need of “creation and distribution of wealth.”

While calling for an end to the arms trade by arms dealers, Francis explained, “Deadly weapons for money are being sold to those who plan to inflict untold suffering on individuals and society…money that is drenched in blood, often innocent blood.”

He further added, “If politics must truly be at the service of human person, it follows that it cannot be slave to economy and finance.”

However, owing to his religious status, Pope Francis did not openly elaborate his views. In other worlds, he indicated the double games, secret strategies of the rulers, politicians, their collaboration with the arms dealers, creation of a crisis, exploitation of peoples’ feelings etc., and manipulation of the Syrian war at a critical time when the brutalities, committed by the ISIS were being blamed by the US-led Western entities on the religion of Islam and Muslims.

As regards the terror led by the Zionist Jews which is also called Khazarian Mafia, various writers of the Veterans Today have also pointed out their direct and indirect terrorism. In this context, under the caption “The Khazarian Mafia rejected humanity and pitted Muslims and Christians against each other,” Jonas E. Alex & Michael A. Hoffman, while quoting writers and authors, wrote on August 11, 2016,  “The collusion between Saudi Arabia and the Israeli state against the two Arab nations, Assad’s Syria and Saddam Hussein’s Iraq renowned for protecting their Christian minority populations, is justly infamous in the Middle East, where the U.S. serves as the Israeli golem…to understand some of the deepest issues and current conflicts in the Middle East and much of the West, we have to go back to Daniel Pipes who…declared…the United States and much of the West, have ought to support both the Syrian rebels/terrorists and Assad government at the same time…the West should prevent either side in the civil war from emerging victorious by helping whichever side is losing, so as to prolong their conflict. Ms. Nina Sidorova who is President of the Northern California Tenant Association and is working for the welfare of the low middle classes in the US was injured, but survived, as the Zionist-Israeli agents made an assassination-attempt on her. Nevertheless, as regards another form of state terrorism, the US-led troops, assisted by CIA have carried out indiscriminate mass round-ups in catching up suspected Muslim men and women in Afghanistan and Iraq, including some Arab countries without evidence. Israeli secret agency Mossad and Indian RAW have helped the CIA officials in arresting the Muslim men, having beard and ladies, wearing scarves. Besides, various techniques of terrorism were also used in Guantanamo Bay, Iraq’s Abu Ghraib prison and torture cells, set up in ships where operatives of CIA and FBI killed several suspected persons through physical violence. American notorious private military firm Blackwater also eliminated countless Muslims in Iraq and Afghanistan.

While acting upon the plan of Rand Corporation, the US sparked a civil war between the Sunnis and Shias in wake of war on terror to promote the objectives of Israel in the Muslim World. In this respect, the horrible scenes of deaths were witnessed, especially in Iraq and then, in Pakistan. President Obama has also broken all the record of human rights by extrajudicial killings of the innocent people through illegal CIA-operated drone attacks in Afghanistan, Somalia, Yemen etc. in general and Pakistan in particular.

It is now open secret that the CIA and Mossad also supported ISIS terrorists; Al-Qaeda’s Al-Nusra Front, the rebels and mercenaries to oust the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s government and against the current Iraqi regime as part of America’s double game to obtain Israeli goals.

Meanwhile, Russian-led coalition of Iran, Iraq, the Syrian army-the National Defense Forces (NDF) and Lebanon-based Hezbollah, which had broken the backbone of the US-CIA-assisted ISIS terrorists, Al-Qaeda’s Al-Nusra Front and the rebel groups. Moscow also exposed the smuggling of oil by ISIS-controlled regions of Iraq to some European countries and inaction of their governments in this respect. Russian-supported Assad’s forces have retaken several territories from the control of the rebels and the ISIS terrorists who are on flee in Syria and Iraq.

On August 25, this year, Iraqi forces recaptured the northern town of Qayyarah from the grip of the Takfire Daesh terrorist group.

Earlier, on June 26, 2016, Russian-backed Iraqi forces have recaptured the city of Fallujah. Following dual strategy, Pentagon welcomed the retaken of Fallujah, and the US Secretary of State John Kerry has offered Moscow to fight the ISIS terrorists jointly, in case Russia stops targeting the Syrian rebel groups. Overtly, Kerry who praised Moscow’s peace-efforts to resolve the Syrian crisis has repeatedly stated that America wants a political solution of the Syrian conflict, but, covertly, he is implementing CIA-prepared plan-B of Syria’s partition so as to fulfill the Zionist-Israeli aims.

Fighting has escalated in Aleppo in the recent weeks, which is the Industrial base of Syria. The rebels broke a siege of the government forces, while Syrian and Russian warplanes have been carrying out air strikes on rebel-held areas.

In this connection, The World Beast Com indicated that Aleppo will decide the future of the Syrian war, but, Russian-led Syrian forces are in better position than those of the US-backed rebel groups and ISIS terrorists.

Undoubtedly, it is due to skillful diplomacy of the President Vladimir Putin that very soon, Syria will be liberated from the hold of the Israeli-led Western powers. Now, the scenario in Syria shows that the CIA-plan-B will also fail.

In fact, both Obama and Kerry have been following secret game; therefore, their confused policy has resulted into their contradictory statements. Earlier, they stated that Assad will remain in power and afterwards, they stated that Assad will have to go. Now, again, they have backed out from their statements, keeping silence by remarking to resolve the Syrian issue in accordance with the Geneva-based, UNO ceasefire agreement and talks. Clandestinely, CIA also directed Al-Nusra Front and ISIS to continue terror assaults, as these militant outfits are in control of some areas of Syria and are not subject to the truce agreement.

Notably, US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov attended a news conference after a meeting on Syria in Geneva on August 26, 2016. Analysts are of the opinion that despite “John Kerry and Sergey Lavrov’s saying that they had made progress in 10 hours of talks in Geneva and that just a few issues remained to be resolved, it seems increasingly unlikely that the United States and Russia will conclude a deal on Syria.”

It is noteworthy that there is a co-relationship of the double game, secret strategy and false flag operations which continue unabated.

In this regard, in connivance with CIA, Mossad and RAW, the Sunni-based militant groups, Al-Qaeda, ISIS and their affiliated outfits conducted various forms of terror attacks in Syria, Turkey, Iraq, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Pakistan etc. and some African countries like Yemen. Besides Muslims, they also massacred a number of Christians.

And frustrated owing to successes achieved by Russia in Syria and Iraq, instance of some major Western powers on Tel Aviv for the two-state solution of the Israeli-Palestinian issue, rift between the US and Europe etc., terror attacks in Paris, Brussels, Orlando, San Bernardino, Nice and Munich which killed several innocent persons were also false flag operation and were part of the secret strategy of CIA and Mossad which are in collaboration with each other in order to obtain the covert aims of their countries, particularly Zionist-Jewish unfinished agenda.  

Nonetheless, both the Republican presidential nominee Donald J. Trump and that of the Democrats Hillary Clinton are agents of Israeli and are being funded by the Zionist Jews.

In this context, Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney pointed outs, “It is long been clear that the pro-Israel, ultra-Zionist network of think-tanks, public policy organizations, media outlets and lobbying organizations which have absolute control over the United States Congress, executive branch and foreign policy, actually run the US government…politicians who do not submit to the Zionist agenda are not elected or appointed to serve the government. We know that no government can serve two masters, and as a result, we have seen Israeli priorities placed above those of the American people.”

We may conclude that despite the fact that Russia and the social media or internet have exposed the terror acts of the US, Israel, India and some Western countries who are being controlled by America and the international Jewish Cabal (The Khazarian Mafia) which dominate the world, these state terrorists who are, in fact, irrational actors still consider themselves as rational actors.
